Vila Nova is a cozy Adult Only accommodation located in the heart of the old town of Capdepera, in an old manor house that has been carefully restored to preserve its original character, but adding all the modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay. This house was one of the first to be built when the town began to expand beyond the castle walls. Although the exact year of its construction is not known with certainty, the first cadastral registration dates from 1890, which gives the accommodation the tı́tulo de turismo de interior.

In addition, the rooftop of the accommodation is a magical place that offers panoramic views of Capdepera, with the Mediterranean Sea and the majestic castle as a backdrop, ideal for enjoying special moments at sunset.

If you are looking for an even more exclusive experience, we offer the possibility of booking the entire establishment, including all its facilities and services, for families or group stays as long as all rooms are available. Check-in is from 13:00h, but if your room is ready before that time, we will be happy to deliver it to you. If you arrive early or need more time after your stay, we have an area where you can store your luggage, so you can make the most of your time while your room is ready or after check-out, which is at 12:00h.
